Haya Jreaa

Haya is an organizational development specialist and change management consultant with over a decade of experience in the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She has worked with PA Consulting and led youth and education reform projects in Iraq for SPARK, bringing a systems-level perspective to transformational initiatives. Within Hermon Team’s Europe unit, Haya designs and delivers capacity-building workshops, stakeholder engagement frameworks, and leadership training. She has facilitated 30+ workshops for more than 600 participants, guiding clients through change processes in fragile and post-conflict contexts.
