Rawan is a private sector strategist with 20 years of advancing agritech innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystems in Iraq. She led the country’s first integrated palm cultivation initiative—combining sustainability, service-model design, and investor partnerships—and has since championed agricultural value chains rooted in local expertise. Based in Baghdad, Rawan supports Hermon Team’s agribusiness and ecosystem-building programs across Iraq and the wider MENA region. She advises on market research, investor engagement, and private sector resilience to drive inclusive growth.
